Description
Shizukaol B is a bioactive small molecule with anti-inflammatory and antiviral properties. It inhibits LPS-induced NO production in BV-2 microglia via JNK/AP-1 signaling and exhibits anti-HIV-1 activity against resistant strains. Additional research shows it can suppress TNF-α-stimulated monocyte adhesion to endothelial cells, supporting its study in neuroinflammation and vascular biology.
