Description
Morolic acid is a bioactive triterpenoid with antidiabetic and anti-inflammatory properties, partly through 11β-HSD1 inhibition. It demonstrates in vitro activity as an antioxidant, and inhibitor of neutrophil elastase, COX-1/2, and HIV. Research applications include metabolic disease, inflammation, and virology studies.
