ZY-27632 is a potent, cell-permeable inhibitor of ROCK-I and ROCK-II kinases. It is widely used in vitro to study cytoskeletal dynamics and cell adhesion, and in vivo to investigate its role in apoptosis prevention, such as in isolated prostate progenitor cells.
