Description
Yohimbine HCl is a plant alkaloid and selective α2-adrenergic receptor antagonist that increases norepinephrine and dopamine release. It is widely used in research for studying erectile dysfunction, mydriasis, and for establishing experimental hypertension models in both in vitro and in vivo studies.
