Vindesine sulfate is a synthetic vinca alkaloid derivative that disrupts microtubule dynamics, causing mitotic arrest and cell death. It is widely used in cancer research, including in vitro cytotoxicity assays and in vivo studies of leukemia and solid tumor models, to investigate antimitotic mechanisms and therapeutic potential.
