Description
Losartan Carboxylic Acid (E-3174) is the active metabolite of losartan and a highly potent AT1 receptor antagonist (Kis: 0.57 nM rat, 0.67 nM human) . It effectively inhibits angiotensin II-induced vasoconstriction, producing depressor and vasodilatory effects, making it a key tool for cardiovascular research in both in vitro and in vivo studies.
