Bafetinib (INNO-406) is a potent and selective dual inhibitor of Bcr-Abl and Lyn kinases, with IC50 values of 5.8 nM and 19 nM, respectively. It shows minimal activity against c-Kit and PDGFR and is ineffective against the T315I mutant.
