[11C]MP 10 (PF-2545920) is a highly potent and selective inhibitor of PDE10A, exhibiting an IC50 of 0.37 nM and >1000-fold selectivity over other PDEs. This radiolabeled tracer is used in preclinical and clinical PET imaging studies to investigate PDE10A expression and occupancy in the brain for neurological and psychiatric research.
