Description
Alpinetin is a bioactive small molecule with demonstrated antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. It exhibits potent anti-hepatoma and anti-pancreatic cancer activity in vitro by inhibiting proliferation, modulating Bcl-2/XIAP, and inducing caspase-mediated apoptosis, and can sensitize HepG2 cells to chemotherapeutic agents like CDDP.
