Iguratimod (T-614) is a selective COX-2 inhibitor (IC50 = 20 μM) and macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) antagonist (IC50 = 6.81 μM) . This small molecule is a research tool for studying rheumatoid arthritis mechanisms and has demonstrated anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects in both cellular and animal models of disease.
