Description
Valproic Acid is an orally bioavailable HDAC inhibitor that suppresses HDAC1 and degrades HDAC2. It activates Notch1 signaling, inhibiting small cell lung carcinoma cell proliferation in vitro, and is widely used in neurological research models for epilepsy and bipolar disorder.
