Mogroside III-E, a cucurbitane-type compound from Siraitia grosvenorii, exhibits anti-inflammatory and anti-fibrotic properties. Research demonstrates it attenuates LPS-induced acute lung injury in mice and reduces pulmonary fibrosis, primarily through modulation of the TLR4/MAPK/NF-κB and AMPK signaling pathways.
