  Upon receipt, store the 10X Assay Buffer and the L-Malic Acid Dehydrogenase at 4 °C (DO NOT FREEZE L-Malic Dehydrogenase). Store all remaining components at -80 °C. The 10X Colorimetric Probe is light sensitive and must be stored accordingly. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
