Description
C16G2 TFA is a specific targeting antimicrobial peptide (STAMP) designed to target the oral pathogen Streptococcus mutans, responsible for dental caries. It accomplishes bacterial eradication by specifically recognizing and disrupting the bacterial cell membrane, leading to leakage of small molecules and loss of membrane potential.
