Description
For-Met-Phe-OH is a synthetic N-formyl-L-methionyl-L-phenylalanine, a dipeptide compound modified by formylation. For-Met-Phe-OH is a selective agonist of the formyl peptide receptor (FPR1) . For-Met-Phe-OH exhibits moderate chemotactic activity against human neutrophils in vitro and can induce local inflammatory responses in mouse models of inflammation in vivo.
