Description
A17 peptide is an Hsp70-targeting peptide. It binds to the ATP-binding domain of Hsp70, specifically inhibiting its chaperone activity. This enhances cellular sensitivity to chemotherapeutic drugs, such as those inducing apoptosis via Cisplatin.
