Description

Met-12 is a Fas receptor-inhibiting peptide that blocks receptor-mediated apoptosis in photoreceptors and suppresses Caspase activation. It is utilized in retinal degeneration research, showing protective effects in both in vitro photoreceptor cultures and in vivo models of light-induced damage.
