• Background:

  Goat anti-mouse IgG (H&L),  Rhodamine (TRITC-tetramethylrhodamine-5-isothiocyanate) conjugated,is aF(ab)'2 fragment,of a secondary antibody which binds to mouse IgGs in immunological assays. TRITC has Amax = 550 nm, Emax = 570 nm. Antibody is adsorbed against human IgG/serum.  Antibody purity is >90% based on SDS-PAGE.  Antibody solution may contain small amounts of intact IgG.
