Anti-PLD2 Picoband® Antibody-iFluor647 Conjugate
Background:
Phospholipase D2 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the PLD2 gene. It is mapped to 17p13.2. The protein encoded by this gene catalyzes the hydrolysis of phosphatidylcholine to phosphatidic acid and choline. The activity of the encoded enzyme is enhanced by phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate and ADP-ribosylation factor-1. This protein localizes to the peripheral membrane and may be involved in cytoskeletal organization, cell cycle control, transcriptional regulation, and/or regulated secretion. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.Description:
Boster Bio Anti-PLD2 Picoband® Antibody catalog # A02586. Tested in ELISA, Flow Cytometry, IF, ICC, WB applications. This antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat. The brand Picoband indicates this is a premium antibody that guarantees superior quality, high affinity, and strong signals with minimal background in Western blot applications.
