Description
P4pal10 TFA is a PAR4 antagonist that inhibits TF-induced platelet aggregation and thrombin generation. It demonstrates anticoagulant and antithrombotic effects in vitro and has shown efficacy in vivo by reducing carrageenan-induced inflammation and myocardial I/R injury in rat models.
