Description
The BDC2.5 mimotope is a synthetic peptide that activates CD4+ T cells with specificity identical to the diabetogenic BDC2.5 T cell clone. It is a critical research tool for studying autoimmune diabetes pathogenesis, enabling both in vitro T cell stimulation assays and in vivo models of T cell-mediated disease.
