Description
AH1 is the immunodominant cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) epitope from the endogenous MuLV gp70 protein, prominently studied in the CT26 murine colon carcinoma model. This peptide is widely used in cancer immunology research for investigating T-cell responses, immune evasion, and evaluating vaccine and immunotherapy efficacy in both in vitro assays and in vivo mouse studies.
