Description
Anaritide is a 25-amino acid synthetic atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) used in research to investigate acute kidney injury and acute tubular necrosis. It modulates renal hemodynamics by dilating afferent and constricting efferent arterioles, thereby increasing GFR, and is studied in vivo for its potential to improve dialysis-free survival.
