Description
PNC-28 acetate is a cell-penetrating peptide derived from the p53 tumor suppressor protein (residues 17-26) . It is designed to disrupt the p53-MDM2 interaction and is used in pancreatic cancer research for in vitro and in vivo studies of tumor growth inhibition.
