Description

GTx1-15 is an inhibitor cystine knot (ICK) peptide that selectively blocks the Cav3.1 T-type calcium channel and the Nav1.3 and Nav1.7 sodium channels. This tool compound is used in vitro and in vivo for researching pain pathways, epilepsy, and neuronal excitability.
