Anti-Desmoplakin/DSP Antibody Picoband®
Background:
Desmoplakin is a protein in humans that is encoded by the DSP gene. This gene encodes a protein that anchors intermediate filaments to desmosomal plaques and forms an obligate component of functional desmosomes. Mutations in this gene are the cause of several cardiomyopathies and keratodermas, including skin fragility-woolly hair syndrome. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.Description:
Boster Bio Anti-Desmoplakin/DSP Antibody Picoband® catalog # A00616-2. Tested in ELISA, Flow Cytometry, WB applications. This antibody reacts with Human. The brand Picoband indicates this is a premium antibody that guarantees superior quality, high affinity, and strong signals with minimal background in Western blot applications. Only our best-performing antibodies are designated as Picoband, ensuring unmatched performance.Synonyms:
