• Description:

  William's E  Medium, is a basal medium widely used for used for growing hepatocyte cells. Supplementation is required, most commonly with 5-10% fetal bovine serum (FBS) for cell culture use, and requires a 5-10% CO₂ environment to maintain physiological pH.
