  These PriCoat™ T25 flasks are coated with an extracellular matrix composed mainly of type I collagen to optimize the growth, proliferation and expansion of primary and immortalized cells. Type I collagen is the most abundant form of collagen and differs from other collagens by its low lysine hydroxylation and low carbohydrate composition.
