Description
CXJ-2 is a cyclic peptide with moderate elastin-derived peptide (EDP) affinity. It potently inhibits the PI3K/ERK pathway, significantly reducing hepatic stellate cell proliferation and migration in vitro, which confers its strong antifibrotic properties for liver fibrosis research.
