Description
γ1-MSH TFA is a selective melanocortin MC3 receptor agonist with a K i of 34 nM at the rat MC3 receptor, showing 40-fold selectivity over MC4 (K i = 1318 nM) . This tool compound is used in vitro and in vivo to study energy homeostasis, feeding behavior, and metabolic regulation.
