Agitoxin-2 TFA is a highly potent and selective peptide inhibitor of potassium channels, with reported IC50 values of 201 pM for mKv1.3 and 144 pM for mKv1.1. It is widely used as a pharmacological tool in electrophysiology and neurological research to study channel function in vitro.
