Description
CKLF1-C19 is the C-terminal peptide of human CKLF1. It acts as a CCR4 antagonist, inhibiting chemotaxis induced by CKLF1 and CCL17. This peptide has demonstrated efficacy in suppressing allergic lung inflammation in vivo by interfering with CCR3 and CCR4-mediated leukocyte migration.
