Description
Z-LEED-FMK is a cell-permeable fluoromethyl ketone peptide that acts as an inhibitor of caspase-4 and caspase-13. It also suppresses caspase-1 activation in macrophages infected with Salmonella typhimurium, making it a useful tool for studying non-canonical inflammasome pathways in vitro.
