Description
RW4 is an antimicrobial peptide active against E. coli (IC50 9.6 μM) and S. aureus (IC50 5.1 μM), and it also demonstrates hemolytic activity against ovine red blood cells. This peptide is a useful research tool for in vitro studies of antimicrobial mechanisms and membrane-disruptive effects.
