Val-Gly-Ser-Glu (NSC 350591) is an eosinophil chemotactic factor-derived tetrapeptide that selectively and dose-dependently increases human eosinophil rosetting with EAC3b, while showing no effect on neutrophils. This property makes it a useful research tool for in vitro studies of eosinophil-specific adhesion and complement receptor function in allergic and inflammatory disease models.
