Description
PSMα3 TFA, a toxin from virulent MRSA, is used as a research tool to induce a tolerogenic state in human monocyte-derived dendritic cells (DCs) . It inhibits TLR-induced maturation, cytokine secretion, and antigen uptake, making it applicable for in vitro studies of immune tolerance and DC-based vaccination strategies.
