Description
PKCd (8-17) is a V1 domain-derived peptide inhibitor that blocks PMA-induced PKCd translocation. This action has demonstrated protective effects in models of cardiac and cerebral ischemia, promotes fibroblast proliferation in vitro, and reduces graft coronary artery disease in mouse studies.
