Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered concentrated solution in PBS, pH 7.4.
Molecular Weight
Approximately 13.9 kDa, a single non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 127 amino acids. But it migrates with an apparent molecular mass of 22 kDa in SDS-PAGE.
