Description
Tat-beclin 1 TFA is a cell-permeable peptide derived from beclin 1 that induces autophagy by inhibiting GAPR-1. It reduces polyglutamine aggregates in vitro and shows protective effects in vivo against viral infections like CHIKV and WNV in mouse models.
