Description
Autocamtide-3 is a 13-residue peptide substrate that is selectively phosphorylated by Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent kinase II (CaMKII) at its Thr287 residue. It is widely used in both in vitro kinase assays and in vivo research to study CaMKII signaling pathways in neuronal and cardiac function.
