Description
SN50 TFA is a cell-permeable peptide inhibitor that blocks NF-κB p65 nuclear translocation. It is widely used in research on acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), where it has been shown in murine models to attenuate pathological alveolar hypercoagulation and impaired fibrinolysis.
