Description
This cell-permeable peptide inhibitor, derived from p27Kip1, selectively blocks Pim-1 kinase activity. It inhibits phosphorylation of targets like Bad, inducing G1 arrest and apoptosis in DU145 prostate cancer cells in vitro and in vivo, while sparing normal prostate epithelial cells.
