ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000.WB: Approx 25kDa band observed in Human Brain (Cerebral Cortex, Cerebellum and Hippocampus) lysates (calculated MW of 18.8kDa according to NP_001108.2) . The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings with different antibodies from other commercial sources. Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/ml.
