Anti-EPLIN/LIMA1 Antibody Picoband®, Biotine Conjugate
- Background: LIM domain and actin-binding protein 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the LIMA1 gene. This gene encodes a cytoskeleton-associated protein that inhibits actin filament depolymerization and cross-links filaments in bundles. It is downregulated in some cancer cell lines. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described for this gene, and expression of some of the variants maybe independently regulated.
- Description: Boster Bio Anti-EPLIN/LIMA1 Antibody Picoband® catalog # A05231-1. Tested in ELISA, Flow Cytometry, IF, IHC, ICC, WB applications. This antibody reacts with Human. The brand Picoband indicates this is a premium antibody that guarantees superior quality, high affinity, and strong signals with minimal background in Western blot applications. Only our best-performing antibodies are designated as Picoband, ensuring unmatched performance.
