Description
Boc-D-FMK is a cell-permeable, irreversible pan-caspase inhibitor that blocks apoptosis, including that induced by TNF-α with an IC50 of 39 μM. It is widely used in vitro to study apoptotic pathways and has been applied in vivo to investigate models of neurodegenerative and ischemic diseases.
