Product Name Alternative
GZB, CCP1, Ctla1, Ctla-1, AI553453, CCP-1/C11, CTLA-1
UniProt
P04187
Source
Baculovirus
Purity
Greater than 98% by SDS-PAGE gel and HPLC analyses.Endotoxin level is less than 0.1 ng per μg (1EU/μg) .
Bioactivity
Determined by its ability to cleave a synthetic chromogentic Granzyme B substrate. The expected specific activity, when using the Ac - IEPD - pNA substrate at 25 ̊C, is greater than 750 nM/min per μg of enzyme.
Form
Lyophilized
Storage Conditions
The lyophilized Granzyme B recombinant protein is stable for at least 2 years from date of receipt at -20°C. Reconstituted Granzyme B is stable for at least 3 months when stored in working aliquots with a carrier protein at -20°C. As with any protein, exposing Granzyme B recombinant protein to repeated freeze / thaw cycles is not recommended. When working with proteins care should be taken to keep recombinant protein at a cool and stable temperature.
