Purification
Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Dilution
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:1000. Western blot: Approx. 27kDa band observed in lysates of cell line A431, and approx. 26kDa in lysates of cell line A549 and in Human Heart lysates (calculated MW of 31.7kDa according to NP_658985.2) . Recommended concentration: 3μg/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature. Flow Cytometry: Flow cytometric analysis of A549 cells. Recommended concentration: 10ug/ml.
