CBD3063 is a selective modulator of collapsin response mediator protein 2 (CRMP2) . CBD3063 uncouples Cav2.2 from CRMP2. CBD3063 reverses neuropathic and inflammatory pain by reducing membrane expression of CaV2.2[1][2].
