This antibody is expected to recognise both reported isoforms (NP_001008738.2 and NP_588613.2) ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.WB: Preliminary experiments in Human Heart, Liver, Ovary and Spleen lysates gave no specific signal but low background (at antibody concentration up to 1 μg/ml) . We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates
