ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000.WB: Approx 70kDa band observed in Human Spleen lysates (calculated MW of 58.2kDa according to NP_005834.3) . The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Pandey et al J Biol Chem. 2000 Dec 8;275 (49) :38633-9; PMID: 10993906) . Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/ml.
